Knowing you— We first understand your ability, strength, and weakness, if any. Based on which we assign multiple tasks to check your performance. Once you have passed that, we will arrange a part-time or full-time job for you.
Guiding you— Once the job is secure, we guide you through every step and how it should be done. Irrespective of the job type, whether it’s packing, cleaning, gardening, or something more specialised, all are covered
Feedback—After proper settlement of the job, we talk with two people—the parent and the company’s professional . Talking with these two people helps us to get valuable insight about your progress. If there are any changes to be made, we will directly guide you to it.
